Beat licence agreement
Draft commercial terms. A completed order will identify the beat, buyer, tier, price, and effective date.
Licence grant
Basic and Premium licences are personal, worldwide, non-exclusive licences to create and commercially release one new song using the selected beat. The Exclusive tier grants the negotiated exclusive rights stated in the completed order and removes the beat from future sale. Earlier non-exclusive licences remain valid.
Tier limits
Basic includes a tagged MP3 and up to 100,000 audio or video streams. Premium includes WAV and stems and up to 500,000 streams. Exclusive includes WAV and stems with unlimited use, subject to the final written order.
Credit
Every public release must credit “Prod. by SoundPulseBeats” in available metadata and written credits.
Content ID
Basic and Premium buyers may not register the beat or derivative song with Content ID or a similar rights-management system. Exclusive buyers require prior written clearance.
Restrictions
The buyer may not resell, sublicense, share, upload, or distribute the beat or stems on their own; claim authorship of the underlying beat; use uncleared third-party samples; or use the beat unlawfully or deceptively.
Ownership and royalties
SoundPulseBeats retains ownership of the underlying beat except to the extent expressly transferred in a signed Exclusive agreement. Publishing splits, mechanical rights, and any negotiated royalties must be stated in the completed order before release.
Termination
A material breach that is not corrected after notice may terminate the licence. Accrued payment obligations and restrictions protecting the catalogue survive termination.
