You confirm that you control the submitted material or have authority from every relevant rights holder to submit it for label consideration.
No confidentiality or commitment
A submission is not confidential and does not create an artist-label relationship, promise of review, obligation to respond, or commitment to release or fund the work.
Limited review permission
You permit SoundPulseBeats to access and internally share the private link and supplied information solely to evaluate the submission and communicate with you. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holders.
Similar material
SoundPulseBeats may already be developing or reviewing material with similar themes, sounds, titles, or ideas. Similarity alone does not establish copying or an obligation.
