Digital delivery policy
How future beat-licence files and supporting documents will be fulfilled.
Delivery method
After the payment provider confirms successful payment, SoundPulseBeats will deliver the licensed files and order-specific licence to the email address supplied at checkout or through a secure download link. No physical goods are shipped.
Timing
Automatic orders are normally released within minutes after confirmed payment. Orders requiring ownership review, custom terms, tax review, or exclusive-rights clearance may take up to two business days and will not be represented as instantly delivered.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer must provide a working email address, keep download links private, and download and back up the delivered files promptly.
Failed delivery
If delivery does not arrive, the buyer should check spam filtering and contact billing@soundpulsebeats.com with the order email and receipt reference. We will verify the transaction before reissuing access.
