Refund policy
Draft policy for future digital beat-licence purchases.
Before delivery
If a paid order is cancelled before any licensed files are delivered, contact billing@soundpulsebeats.com. We will assess the request promptly.
After delivery
Because beat licences and digital files are supplied after confirmed payment, purchases are generally final after delivery, except where files are defective, the wrong product was supplied, a licence cannot be provided as described, or applicable law requires a remedy.
Consumer rights
Where law requires express consent before immediate digital delivery or preserves a mandatory cancellation right, checkout will request the required consent and those rights will apply.
Problems with files
Report a missing, corrupt, or incorrect file promptly. We will first provide a working replacement or correct delivery.
